  Okay so I purchased these chairs then afterwards seen some of the negative reviews and was a bit worried. BUT I didn’t have one single issue. The seller responded to my messages in a timely manner and a few days after purchasing was sent the CORRECT tracking number that matched my FedEx alert tracking number….My chairs arrived and were shipped straight from Lifetime. They’re the cutest! Amazing quality and worth every penny. I absolutely love them and so does my little guy! They’re perfect!

  I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER, BUT IT APPEARED TO BE DELIVERED TO ME, THEY NOTICED ME WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED BUT THEIR PICTURE WAS NOT MY PROPERTY!!! AND FEDEX SAID MY ADDRESS WAS NOT ON THE PACKAGE SO I COULD NOT ASK FOR HELP! THE BOX MEASUREMENTS WERE TOO SMALL AND TOO HEAVY FOR MY ITEM. AT LEAST THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BEFORE THE “DELIVERY DATE”, BUT HOW ODD! THEY CALLED IT A SYSTEM GLITCH LOL THIS WAS A CRAZY EXPERIENCE. IMO SOME KIND OF SCAM GOING ON. BUYER BEWARE!

  The purchase was parts to rebuild my gas grill. They were not easy to find with other outlets. The shipping was timely and they were packaged appropriately. Everything fit perfectly and I am happy with the purchase and the seller.

  I would not want to go through another purchase like this one. While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not. I paid an expedited shipping charge, that was thankfully refunded upon late delivery. I was surprised the item arrived.

  FRAUD/SCAM ALERT! I paid $55 over AMZN price b/c item was sold out on AMZN. Seller gave FAKE tracking # (pkg size too small to be this item). FedEx said “delivered,” but nothing came. I told seller, who said “lost in transit” and “long time” to replace, though listing said 10 units avail. Once item was back in stock on AMZN, seller shipped me replacement from Amazon. Seller violated eBay drop-shipping policy by listing item not in their possession at premium, then buying it from Amazon “for” me.
