    I would not want to go through another purchase like this one. While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not. I paid an expedited shipping charge, that was thankfully refunded upon late delivery. I was surprised the item arrived.

    FRAUD/SCAM ALERT! I paid $55 over AMZN price b/c item was sold out on AMZN. Seller gave FAKE tracking # (pkg size too small to be this item). FedEx said “delivered,” but nothing came. I told seller, who said “lost in transit” and “long time” to replace, though listing said 10 units avail. Once item was back in stock on AMZN, seller shipped me replacement from Amazon. Seller violated eBay drop-shipping policy by listing item not in their possession at premium, then buying it from Amazon “for” me.

    Don’t know. Order was to go via FedEx to Little Rock, AR but was delivered to Pompano Beach, Fl. Package that was pictured on the doorstep in Florida could not have been big enough to be my order. I contacted Seller, Outlet Wagon, and (2/9/25) they apologized but the item was now out of stock and they would refund the money. This has not happened but last week (2/14/25) they emailed that they were replacing the order and would give me Tracking info when it shipped. Have not heard since then.

    Very easy transaction and the bed frame arrived super quickly! I was actually shocked how fast it arrived. It was new in the box and I had no issues with assembly. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.

    I ordered an incompatible attachment for my riding mower. I tried to cancel the order but it was already shipped. Brian told me it wasn’t a problem, just refuse delivery, Which I did. I followed the return shipment and messaged him again when I saw that it had been returned. He had already processed my refund. I told him I appreciated helpful he had been and his replied : we make sure we have provided you with an effortless experience and great customer service your satisfaction is what we aim
