  Well wrapped. Arrived quickly and 3 days early. New item in original packaging, as described. Listing was accurate. Price was great. My sister bought one while I was visiting. I wanted it! Was happy to find one on eBay for much less. Bird songs are making me happy in my home.

  Just as described. Sons love them. Fast shipping. Great seller communication. If you have an issue shows tracking# “awaiting item” just wait. The post office may have not scanned item like in my situation. I did contact the seller and said sometimes they don’t scan. That same night I got all kinds of notifications. I got the item the next day. Yay!!!

  I was cautious about ordering a printer listed as 'new' that I know is 10 years old. (I was looking to replace my HP printer (same model) I purchased 10 years ago.) The item arrived and was as described--unopened. And the seller did a great job packing it. Very, very happy with both the seller and my purchase!

  Packaged arrived open due to it not being taped shut and as a result one of the items broke. Reached out to the seller and they apologized for their lack of judgement in shipping it and we came to a resolution. Hope they have learned from their mistakes and won't happen again to another future customer. I will say the item is as described.

  Item came in exactly as described and came just in time. However, I do wish it was packaged a bit nicer. It was inside two cardboard boxes that were taped together to make one big box. Besides that, the item’s condition was excellent and was affordable overall.
