  I was very impressed with the customer service! I had an issue with the delivery address, and they immediately reached right out to me and solved the problem. The packaging was very well done protecting the panel, and the panel was perfect! As advertised, it was brand new, it fit my truck perfectly, and looked great when I got it installed! It was expensive, but for what I received, it was worth it. I'll definitely keep them in mind for the next project.

  Great seller with great products, the fender flairs arrived ahead of schedule and are a perfect fit, Absolutely as described top quality. Also Mike contacted me personally to make certain that they fit my truck. That's customer service that I really appreciate! Price was much better than the dealer. They made my truck look like new! Packaged well in great condition. Good stuff!

  received the product in a rather small cardboard box. It was folded up, but I hope that didn’t damaged it. I would’ve rather had it sent in a padded mailing envelope. I havnot open the bag yet at the label came in because it is too cold to install it at this point so I will check for any damage later. I communicated back-and-forth with the seller a few times to inquire about any installation instructions for it and he was pretty quick to respond to me so I would probably purchase from him again.

  Would definitely recommend shop for OEM auto parts! The new part was exactly as photographed. Pricing was competitive and free shipping a deciding factor. Order processing and shipping very prompt. The part was shipped in the original Ford OEM box with the original Ford part label attached. Happy with the part quality. I realized I ordered the wrong part (wrong side) when installing. Prompt customer service on the return process and focused on making sure I got the right part I needed! A++++
