    item was new as described, however just a part of the original box was in the box it was shipped in. the number on the box was the part I needed, but the part I did receive, was not even come close to fitting in the dishwasher, so I can't use it. I probably should have communicated better about it before purchasing it. The item did ship out to me very quickly. I really can't blame anyone, because it was probably in that partial box for a while and the seller had no idea it was the wrong part.

    We had a bit of a kerfuffle related to shipping the wrong part initially, but it was made right and communication was good. I would do business again. The part was exactly as described and is as new.

    I encountered an issue with the product. When I contacted this seller, they immediately started communicating in a positive way. They resolved the issue very quickly in exactly the way I asked. A better seller could not be asked for!
