  The packages arrived in great condition, gently used. The product was regular high quality Otterbox products. It was clean and rewrapped in original packaging. The value for the product was excellent. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  I misread the item description and didn’t realize the item I was purchasing was pre-owned. The mistake was entirely mine. I realized my mistake after I purchased the item and requested the seller to cancel my purchase. The seller responded to my request very quickly and cancelled the order and promptly issued a refund as well. Communication with the seller was great and I would definitely buy from them again.
