    I misread the item description and didn’t realize the item I was purchasing was pre-owned. The mistake was entirely mine. I realized my mistake after I purchased the item and requested the seller to cancel my purchase. The seller responded to my request very quickly and cancelled the order and promptly issued a refund as well. Communication with the seller was great and I would definitely buy from them again.
