  I purchased and paid for this book on June 22nd. It was finally shipped 8 days later and arrived 18 days after date of purchase by ground mail advantage. It was wrapped in styrofoam liner and shipped in a poly mailer. The book was brand new, shrink wrapped and in the condition described in the listing.
