  Originally, I would have given the seller a better rating if more care would have been taken in packing of the spoon, but at his request I am changing the rating from Negative to Neutral. I am grateful for the promptness of the refund, but my objective was to purchase a product that would arrive as pictured in the sales add. If the seller s importance to rating would also be demonstrated in care of packing, I wouldn t have to take additional time to modify.
