  Just as described, tears and all. Shipping only took 6 days from CA to PA and cost was reasonable. No cardboard to prevent pattern envelope from bending, but did enclose in a wrapper. Been looking for this pattern & size for quite a while. As soon as I saw the listing, I saved it and was offered a discount the next day. Can't believe it and snatched it up. Price/value was spot on. Would buy from seller again. A++
