  I had an issue getting the camera to turn on but turns out it was because of 2 defective batteries. I messaged the seller and they said they would accept the return but wouldn't refund shipping if it worked when it arrived with him. I decided to order another battery just to be sure and the camera finally turned on. as the seller said, it was fully dunctional. I would buy from this trusted seller
