  I ordered this item on may the 1st. It was delivered today 12th of may. 12 days to receive it. The seller is approx. 1.5 hours from the delivery address. Delivered by Aramex who were formally know as Fast Way Couriers. Their delivery time is so bloody slow. Aramex service is disgusting. Please use another service.

  The vent is high quality and good value for money. Postage was prompt, but packaging was minimal being just a plastic bag, and consequently the vent was dented on arrival. It was easily dismantled, straightened and reassembled.

  Don't bother buying from this seller. Communication absolutely terrible. They sent out a broken temperature control unit which probably wasn't there fault. But trying to get the replacement was absolutely terrible. They told me to send the item back which I did and said they would refund me. But they didn't. I don't know how they done it. but they managed to fake a screen shot of a PayPal refund. They fooled eBay buy doing this. Please avoid this seller they dragged out this case far too long.
