  Arrived on time , the packing was great had a few cooling packs inside to help with the heat . The fish arrived healthy and with great color as described, great price . picture of fish in the tank 5 mins after acclimated to my quarantine tank water

  Very good Seller! Item exactly as described. The seller picked the best time frame for shipping a live fish, packaged it expertly with thermal wraps and the tropical fish arrived in the middle of January with its water temperature at 73 degrees . Very Good! Highly recommended!

  Quality was phenomenal. Shipping was good too. The packaging was a bit sloppy but safe for transport of fish. Good value and as described.

  Everything was DOA in both shipments. This is my second purchase and I didn't even recieve the order I paid for! I purchased breeding pairs of guppies for over $100 and recieved dead shrimp and dead bettafish... seller won't refund or accept return. Won't respond to messages. Having to ask eBay to step in. They should not be selling fish. They packaged the fish in actual trash. Not just bad packing, actual garbage was used as padding. Plastic packaging leftovers, bits of fiberglass.... AVOID

  When I ship, We used Priority box,1 in styrofoam to insulate the box,foam DIY insulation , double reflective insulation& flown-in insulation,double bag each fish with water with stresscoat,I use heat packs 110 hours by winter season,when needed and don’t ship if temps are below 40 or over 90. I’ve had good luck using USPS when I pay the extra for live animals, depending on distance and cost.Sometimes not luck by delay by Priority mail and lost 100% fish , this is not pair....
