  Fast delivery, excellent packaging. However, 65Xl tri-color foil packaging was open/torn/box taped (do not know if safe or already used) - Not New as Advertised. 65 Black was new/unopened box. Therefore, neutral response.

  Buyer purchased One New, One New Open Box ink cartridges as clearly stated in the listing. The tape was to secure ink inside the box during shipping since that one was open box. We still appreciate your business.
