  First off, the quality is terrible. Basic matte artwork. The packaging is awful. Literally the prints are thrown into an envelope. Nothing to stop them from bending or getting damaged. I ordered 4x6 prints are they are slightly zoomed in which cuts off the photo shown by about an inch all around, so I’m overall very disappointed. DO NOT order your prints from this seller. 0/5 stars

  1. The paper is always printed on glossy photo paper not matte and the quality is more than great especially for the price 2. I offer free shipping which has never had any issue and everyone's packages arrive without issue I also offer paid premium shipping yet they chose the cheapest option free 3. They also chose the smallest cheapest photo and that always makes large images get cropped around the edges which is normal and common
