  I'm very satisfied with this seller and definitely recommend them! I ordered heart-shaped patches, but I received a different version than what I had ordered. I contacted the seller, and they replied that they would send the correct color of patches the next day. I received my package just four days later. The seller told me to keep the previous patches. I'm really happy with how the seller handled the situation, so it's a 10/10 so I will definitely order again!

  Use this product all the time but we had a bit of disaster on delivery ... the item was smashed in the packaging but the seller was excellent and sent me a replacement within days.. thanks so much, it was much appreciated.

  Item damaged when received and creams were all leaked into packaging. Contacted seller who seemed to think the punctured tubes were because of a dog bite.!!!!not sure where this idea came from ?? Photos were sent to seller. No replacement or refund offered . Will never use this seller again! Very poor attitude towards customer!!
