    The item was received as described--new and in the box--in pristine condition. The package was extra reinforced (I believe by the seller) for shipping and came quickly via FedEx, with easy tracking and on-time delivery. I am very pleased with the price I paid, the efficient delivery, and the care and handling this fragile item received. Recommended!

    Customer contacted Yamaha to determine that there is nothing wrong with the unit. It works perfectly as we expected. He was not pleased that his question or concern about technical functions of this unit was not answered accurately as it took time for Yamaha to respond to his concerns. Which as not an issue at all.
