  Item was just wrapped in cardboard and was a bit crushed. The wand box was a bit more scuffed than I saw in the pictures. Not sure if that was from shipping. I'll keep it, but would be nice it the seller did a little padding to protect things in transit.

  She was very helpful and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Not having bought clothes online before I was quite nervous about purchasing clothes on line but she put me at ease, to which was greatly appreciated! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
