    Item didn't arrive within the time scale contacted seller and they were very helpful and asked if I wanted a refund or the product sending to me. I asked for the product to be resent. Today the product arrived and I've let the seller know that someone had written on it saying 'misdelivered so put back in postbox' so the issue seems to be with delivery and not the seller.
