  Packaging was perfect and item as described.Excellent value as belt is rare and hard to find.Dress is also in excellent condition and I love the little flowers that was added to this purchase.Shipping was not great as item was held back for about 5 days trying to get taxes that I did Not have to pay!This has happened once to often from this delivery company and I may have to buy only from Canada if this continues.The Seller is great .Thank-you Heather
