  I have ordered 2 tents, didn’t receive 1x top cover, 2x Windproof ropes. Also I had to receive 2x 8 pcs metal tent pegs, but only receive 4 pcs. I was disappointed. Then I contacted seller and they offer me refund more than 50%. They acknowledge their shortcoming and respond promptly. I appreciate that. Hopefully they will satisfy customers in the near future.

  Seller shipped right away but USPS sat on the item 5 days locally without delivery??? Otherwise, it arrived safe and as described at a great price. Thanks!

  Only sent 1 roll I told them multiple times I wanted the other roll so they ignored my request and refu ded half. Just to waste my time....now I have to wait 2 days for a refund then order the tubing again then wait another week to get the other tubing I need ....these companies don't care about projects and clearly do not u derstand what deadlines are...my mistake for trusting China sellers...will never buy from them again and I suggest Noone else do either ....all they do is scan people

  I ordered a rechargeable portable shower as listed. I received a portable outdoor shower tent. Horrible customer service and horrible response . I have yet to receive my refund or eBay has not replied to my request s. eBay should stand by there policy and refund my purchase.
