  I have ordered 2 tents, didn’t receive 1x top cover, 2x Windproof ropes. Also I had to receive 2x 8 pcs metal tent pegs, but only receive 4 pcs. I was disappointed. Then I contacted seller and they offer me refund more than 50%. They acknowledge their shortcoming and respond promptly. I appreciate that.
