    The postal carrier did not attempt to deliver this charm which was supposed to be delivered Dec. 23 and was part of a child’s Christmas gift. I reached out the the seller and she assured me she would reship the item when she received it back, which she did. She was very prompt to reply and to make it right for me. I would definitely buy from her again!
