  The courier service is useless in helping customers. The product reached the island within 10 days, but still didn't get the item until a month after. And I have to go to their office in order to pick up the item. I hate FedEx. I also paid 500 dollars, and was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything else. However, I had to pay another 300 dollars when I picked up the item. Misleading infos.

  Amazing service and super kind seller! I was looking for an evaporator for my 2017 Suzuki Celerio (left-hand drive), and the seller went above and beyond to help me search for the part—even gave me his personal number to make communication easier. He was upfront and honest, letting me know the item might not fit. I took the chance, and unfortunately, it didn’t fit, but I really appreciate his honesty and support throughout the process. Definitely planning to buy other parts for my car from him!

  This is a genuine spare, as advertised. The item arrived quickly to me by FedEx. Unfortunately, although it was sensibly packed it arrive with some damage. I immediately contacted the seller and he very quickly replied, investigated repair methods and gave me options. I was not satisfied with the initial solutions but the seller listened to me and eventually we came to a resolution that was fair for both of us. This is commendable. The seller is genuinely interested in a positive experience.
