    Item shipped super fast and was well packaged to protect against damage and the elements. Due to ***no*** fault of the seller, item was temporarily lost in USPS systems, and seller was both quick to respond and to offer help for my Lost Package search. Item's exactly as pictured, in fantastic shape, and well priced. Shadow High brand fashions are currently great quality, and this coat's so pretty! I'm glad I was able to buy it separate since I don't want the doll, but love this coat! Thank you!

    Great experience with seller. The doll clothing and shoes were carefully packed, neatly preserved, and like new. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. Ordering was a quick and easy process. My dolls now have new fashion in perfect condition. I actually have more items from this seller in my cart that I’m deciding on.

    Arrived in a bubble mailer wrapped in paper, not the best. A box would have cost the same and been much safer. Item is as shown, although more solid than expected. Nothing more to say.
