  Item is unopened and brand new as described, fast shipping and great price. I would buy from this seller again. My only minor complaint is the sticky residue on the box from a price sticker that must have been removed from the box which takes away from the condition of the box. This may not even be the sellers fault. A sticker was likely placed on the box by the original store that sold it.

  Seller accidentally sent me the wrong product. I believe it was a completely honest mistake. The packaging is exactly the same shape, size and color. Seller did not have the replacement product but I'm satisfied with our transaction, seller made it right.

  Item arrived in box that had been crushed in transit---I took possession hoping the item survived--According to my local carrier, she had attached usps tape all over the box to keep the item from falling out....The seller may want to consider using another carrier on something like this.... Item appears to be ok
