  Item arrived a day late,tracking number was provided but wasn't recognized by royal mail...packaging wasn't very strong(arrived in a white paper envelope)... correspondence with seller was none existent...didn't reply to question regarding item not being delivered.

  this is not fact see our reply if only customers would waite we are sorry to hear that your order has niot yet arrived we can confirm that we posted your order on the 25th february and that it should be with you shortly today is the 28th in some arears royal mail only deliver on certain week days this is something new and i aam sure that if and when this is rolled out nationally it will cause delays the royal mail tracking will not give you any information at present
