    Although the printer we received was a different model than pictured, the seller handled the situation quickly and fairly. The unit we got was new in box, works great, and we’re happy with the outcome. Excellent communication and an amicable resolution. I’d buy from this seller again.

    Ordered this printer to replace the same printer with a failed print head. This printer arrived very fast (although I could have walked over to the shipper and picked it up in person saving time and effort, but not a big deal). This printer was brand new, in box, with all of the required items to get labels printing again. This printer is exactly what I required and is of high quality. Overall, this is a great deal on this printer and a great seller.

    First off, this wasn't the item shown in the listing. The printer in the listing came in the Epson box that is designed for it. This printer did not come in that box. It was packed very poorly and was destroyed. The back and side fell off as soon as I tried moving it. Overall very disappointed with the seller as they had shown a different item from what was sent.
