  The mats arrived quickly. They're the 5mm ones, good quality. My friend commented that they looked good. The driver's mat wasn't the correct fitting. I sent Chris a message and he asked me to check the measurement and arranged for a replacement to be sent out free of charge. I didn't have to return the wrong one, so it didn't cost me anything else. Great service and communication. Thank you for sorting out my query quickly and without any fuss.

  After enquiring when order would arrived they emailed me back straight away and informed me that they would look into my order, next day got another email with tracking information. Great communication and acted on this straight away ...great.

  I probably order using the wrong product description at first, so the first mat, wasn’t a correct fit. However, this was corrected very quickly, on return of post, with great communication and without fuss. Impressed with the product - super impressed by the customer service. Thank you.

  Received mat in perfect condition. Quality is very good, good value. Looks really good, ordered incorrect by myself. A quick email and promptly sorted. Excellent customer service, highly recommend. Will definitely use this company again.
