  Unfortunately, I didn't receive the item but the seller was nice. Seller gave a full refund, apologised to me and offered that I could keep the product as a gift should it arrive later.

  Wrong colour dye was send . The seller didn’t want to replace it and was trying to bargain about the refund . End up with 2£ back ( order a full set of 9.99£) which he told me is almost 50% of the product item ( just dye) . Be aware , not trustworthy seller. When I ask the question why I can’t have replacement of the dye , received no answer . Not recommending!!!

  Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant transaction and the seller was particularly unhelpful. Received 2 products instead of 3 and the ones I did receive were out of date by 3 months! Seller was not very cooperative and I had to get Ebay to step in to facilitate the return and refund. The sellers communication was very poor and did not offer much in the way of helping me except showing me a picture of in date bottles which they had! Overall, a terrible experience
