  Package got lost in the mail and I reached out to the seller. She was kind, understanding, and messaged me back right away. The seller was able to get my package reshipped and item came very securely wrapped and just as described. Even with the delay in delivery I would 100% buy from seller again!!!

  The arrival of the package was very slow, the package from Japan arrived faster than the one coming from the USA. Additionally, the outer packaging was very damaged, which caused the gentle cleansing foam to leak a little. The rest of the cosmetics arrived perfectly.   Items arrived very quickly, well packaged, and were as described in the listing right down to the expiration date and new/unused condition. Appeared exactly like the listing photos as well. The quality is as just I'd expect buying new from the retail brand itself. Great value for the price, would happily buy again!
