The make offer from the listing should allow me to negotiate the price. This stubborn seller keeps rejecting the offer. After the seller cancelled my order/refund , so that I can change my delivery method. I asked the seller to reserve the wig and the response I got was very AWKWARD. they ignored my request and sarcastically said ok and did nothing, took NO action.
