  Product is as described and I am happy with it. Seller was very helpful and went the extra mile. When the order came with someone else's name on it, I refused it. The seller reached out and I told them I was concerned it was not my order. I was then asked whether I would like a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the replacement and they had it here quickly. I would recommend this seller to others, as well as the product.

  I wanted to cancel this order & buy elsewhere because I needed them. To my surprise the package came super fast. If was a VERY FAST & easy transaction. It was double secured! The product was new. I was happy that my order wasn’t cancelled. I highly recommend this seller & definitely would buy from this seller again!!!

  Nice buy. Good price. Took an extra day or two to receive. This wasn't the fault of the seller. Shipping slow buy the delivery service. Seller communication was key. Thanks for your communication.

  Worst customer service ever! Incompetent...mislabeled shipment - wrong name, incorrect tracking information provided. My local post office sent it back via FedEx since they couldn't identify it as my shipment (tracking number provided didn't match the one on the box!). This Seller is a disgrace to professional eBay sellers everywhere. Seller doubled the price of the relisted item. Also, the sold by information changes repeatedly. Will never do business with them again! They refunded my money.

  He advertised from the Bronx NY but he is in Israel. I contacted him if he was going to ship my item anytime soon. He replied it is packed and ready to ship. Three days later still no tracking number.
