  The seller shipped item quickly; but through no fault of the seller, item was held by USPS shipping partner in Jamaica, NY, for a week. But with patience, finally, new item was received exactly as described. It took me realizing that a more recent software version was needed on the smartphone, but this controller works very well as an alternative throttle for model railroads using WiThrottle. Great value from a great seller.
