Seller indicated the item was new and there was no way the cords could be missing - ok, well I had to purchase the power cord and the USB cord, so maybe it was an irregular item. It was shrink wrapped, so I guess I'd have the same expectation as the seller, but it was still an inconvenience. Even with the $20 in additional purchases, the item was still a great buy given the retail cost.

They sent wrong item, did not apologize but moreover did not respond to my message - I would have been happy to return the wrong item AND receive the correct one instead - with a loads of delay even. But NO sign from this seller. They did refund ( because they know they have to ) but they seem NOT TO CARE at all. Totally unreliable and makes me not wanting to order from them again.
