    product not used yet, but it did arrive as described (new and sealed). initially I contacted seller because ship cost seemed higher than necessary. seller immediately responded and advised me there was an error in the pkg size which caused the high ship cost. seller corrected that error so I could purchase it , so I would highly recommend this honest seller.

    Absolutely thrilled to have this 101st Airborne Iraq 2003 challenge coin again—it brought back a lot of memories from when I first received it in 2003. The shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, item was exactly as described, and the value was outstanding. The seller also had great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

    I was blown away by the care put into packing and shipping my VHS player! The mailman could have drop kicked it from the curb to my doorstep and I'm confident the contents would have been fully intact and working. Great and prompt communication over some questions I had. Just an all around positive experience that you unfortunately seldom get these days. 10/10 would confidently buy from them again.
