  These beads were unavailable after I made my purchase but the seller was quick to offer a refund or exchange, which I opted for. The other beads arrived quickly and were very well wrapped and I couldn't be happier with them or the service. Have since made another purchase, which was also excellent.   I've bought many sets of beads from this seller... the wrong item was sent by mistake this time, but the seller responded immediately 2 my msg & sent the correct item. Unfortunately it didn't arrive, but once again my msg was responded 2 immediately, & a 2nd replacement sent - which has just arrived. The beads are as beautiful as all the other sets I've bought, & I highly recommend this seller
