    Item arrived well packaged although I had been in contact with seller requesting that as 1 item in my order was back ordered could they hold back incase unavailable it was still despatched. But item is new and if used will help if not it's going back .

    Good product and good service at an affordable price. The items bought work well and are a perfect fit for the tool and my requirements. There was a little confusion on the delivery which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the seller and at no additional cost to myself. Everything arrived within the 1 week as stated.
