  Item is as stated, between good/excellent. Item was rolled up and placed directly in a box without additional wrapping or cover. Am overall pleased since 1) the price was very reasonable for brand, 2) item arrived one day before expected shipping time, and 3) the general condition of item was good enough for my purposes.   Jacket a good value, pristine and shipped very quickly. As described and packaged correctly without adding a lot of wrinkles, thought I did take it to the cleaners. I am very pleased.

  This item was shipped quickly and it was packed in a good sized box. The coat is as describe but it’s even cuter than I thought with the material not being flat, but having texture to it. It’s J. Crew so it’s a great value and I love it.

  Shipping was fast and product was as described. Unfortunately, despite triple checking all the measurements, the jacket was too unwieldy and unflattering for my frame. Luckily, the seller offers free return shipping and honored it. I received my refund quickly. I definitely recommend buying from them.
