  Item was not as described. It arrived dead. Contacted seller. Item was returned in the packaging received. Seller then deducted funds from the refund claiming that item wasn’t returned in the same condition it was returned. Contacted seller again for full refund. Seller stated item was working upon arrival to them. Had to involve eBay involved for full refund. I sent seller Pictures of vitamix from different outlets not working and my items in my outlets working. Bad seller, makes eBay bad.

  Item was returned in fully working condition even though buyer stated it wasnt working. Not sure what the problem was believe they didnt know where the power switch was located. This one was a tough one to deal with.

  Fast shipping! Item exactly as shown, good shipping box was sturdy and item wrapped and protected in a thick layer of bubble wrap. Clean shipping as well. Thank you very much.

  Came in a small package that was secure and good. Got here before its supposed deadline which was a nice surprised. It wasn’t as it was in the picture, but all that mattered were the tapes, which were in good condition. Would buy again from seller.
