  The book was exactly as described, which is really important because it's a craft book where you can take out pages and make paper airplanes. I thought the price was very fair. The seller package the book really well, wrapping it in plastic to keep it from getting wet. It arrived quickly. I would definitely order from the seller again.

  This Kangaroo organizer came in two sizes and as described. packaging was good. It was shipped via the USPS. My mail carrier brought it to my door. It was exactly what I wanted. This purchase was a good value. A bonus was no shipping, which I appreciated. I would use this seller again.

  Unfortunately the cookie jar arrived cracked in multiple places. The seller apologized and refunded immediately. The item appeared to be carefully packaged but ceramic is not the easiest material to ship. Seller did everything in their power to correct and provided excellent communication. Product was as described and would recommend the seller.
