I purchased a set of Xmas lights they was away for certain amount of time but as soon as they was home they dispatched my item. I received my item in excellent condition packed extremely well. Communication also excellent. I had to email them as soon as I received my item I was so pleased with my lights and I appreciated them going the extra mile in getting them dispatched as quickly as they did. Highly recommend this seller.

You ordered late on the 9th May it was due to go out on the 10th May within timeframe. So you did not wait that is a lie. Refunded 10th May. Nothing confusing & unnecesary hassle and not unorganised.More lies. Informed & Refunded immediately with apology.
