  Product was defective when removed from the packaging. The seller took care of the problem as soon as notified. The customer service and communication was excellent. I even bought a second one that arrived in two days. Quality was very good at this price point and I’m getting use from it as well as ones that cost three times as much.

  This company proved to me on previous order that they are legit,honest and care about their customer. My package shipped,made it half way and then sat idle for 8 days no fault of theirs. They refunded me,no questions asked. This order showed up, perfect fit and exactly as described at a much lower cost than others. They will be my first check point from here on out whenever in need.

  This company was very responsive. We accidently ordered the wrong part and had to return it. Turitrade was very polite and communicative throughout the refund process. The sent shipping label and refunded our money once they received the returned package. The return was my fault, their product was in good condition as advertised. Would do business with them again

  Contacted seller about shipping , item was not shipped until April 22nd, was just on the phone with (Dhl) representative stated item will not arrive until April 26th to may 1st. Which is completely out of original delivery window. Item was shipped out of new jersey, I live north of albany ny, but yet item is currently in Massachusetts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION.
