    This experience was incredibly frustrating. After a long wait for the parcel, I discovered it was missing the chain and padlock. The initial delivery attempt failed, requiring a redelivery that took an additional three days. I contacted the seller about the damage and missing items. They had zero interest in resolving it. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time. Put it down for bad experience and pop down the shop and buy one. We live. We learn. Steer clear.
