  Thanks the shoes arrived on schedule they looked better in the pictures, when they arrived the shoes had been squeezed downflat because they were not packed in a crush proof box when arrived from USPS , if I purchase from the seller again please put items in a box not a plastic bag.

  Shipping was quite poor, the shoes could have been damaged, they should’ve been in a tough post office shoe box. The plastic bag was ripped and they were rapped in tissue paper, I couldn’t believe it. It was a miracle they arrived as described. And the value was good.

  The Naturalizer Breanna sandal was packaged well and delivered fast. The description of the sandal was also accurate. Fits comfortable. Unfortunately I returned the sandal because it was a little too high for me. Credit was issued as soon as the seller received the item back. Thank you.
