  You printed the label moments after I paid you $20 that included shipping & tax. A figure equal to about twenty minutes of my life, you probably spent at least that readying this package for post, and hey, the item was packed as if by my mother, and if the previous owner had been as careful with it, I wouldn't have a darn thing to gripe about.
