  The ribbon tie on arrived in perfect condition. The seller had a white and blue ribbon on her page, but it had just sold. She offered to substitute the brown and blue ribbon for a lesser price. Once I accepted, she processed a refund quickly and mailed the ribbon. Excellent service. Best price I found! She shipped along with a basket liner.
