  The item was new, well wrapped excellent quality but the item that I received was in error. They work very hard and diligently to correct things. They did not make excuses. They acknowledged what I was telling them, they took full responsibility for it, they offered to refund it which I have accepted, but I intend to do business with them again in the future based upon their ethics which are excellent.

  Communications started off a rough but progressively got got better and it was more the shipper problem with an inaccurate shipping number that took a week to resolve otherwise I would order again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  It was quick and easy shipping , the packaging was proper , and item arrived as described , you can tell its a high quality material and I would go back to order more stuff from this supplier .
