  Avoid this seller. This listing is deceptive and overall scam. They claim: “Uncirculated Pennies from the Provident National bank. I’ve opened hundreds Penny rolls and I’ve never seen this many oddities such as : tape on end of roll, entire roll having been picked through with finger prints on the Pennie’s! I included a photos of the inside of wrapper as well, the black stuff is oxidation likely whomever put the coins in the roll (oils from fingers) A dishonest listing, wasn’t even enjoyable. :(
