  Love my purchase!! The seller was very efficient and professional. My order was shipped promptly. And it arrived in a timely manner. When I received my order it was packaged carefully with extra padding. And there was a lovely personalized card inside. The seller thanked me for my purchase, put free extra items in the box, and hoped that I enjoyed the closet & clothes. Very lovely card. I felt like a valued & appreciated customer.   The item came packed perfect with a thank you note. The seller took really good care of the item. The shipping was not great to NO fault to the seller. My item took a tour all over the country before I received it. USPS sent it to our nearby hub and then all the way across the country and back. Thanks. to the seller packing it so well, it got here in perfect condition. The quality is great and worth the value.

  Items arrived on time and extremely well packaged. Along with the carefully packed items was a nice thank you note from the seller. I recently purchased shell cordovan shoes that were just thrown in the box and sent, in comparison these slightly rusty, older leathercraft tools were individually wrapped in groups of five or less and well padded within the box so none would shift. This indicates to me the seller actually cares about the customer experience and the items they are shipping.
